Ordering
You can place your orders anytime on line or by phone on 9877 4555. If we can’t answer when you call, simply leave your details and we will call you back to take your order.
You have the option of having your baby food delivered fresh or frozen, or a combination of both.
When to Order
Orders placed by 12 Midday on Thursday will be delivered the following week. For example: If you place your order on Monday or Tuesday it will be delivered the following week.
If you place your order on a Friday or Saturday your baby food will not be delivered in the following week but the one after. This is because we organise our orders,
and write our shopping list on Friday, and then buy our fresh ingredients every weekend according to your orders.
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order of $30.
If you have not tried our product before, and would like to try it before spending $30, please call us,
we would be happy for you to come to our shop and pick up a sample of your choice.
Refrigerated Delivery Service
Your baby food will be delivered in a refrigerated van by our friendly courier service, K and C Refrigerated Transport. We work very closely with them,
and they are committed to helping us get your baby food to you at the right temperature, and wherever possible, give you an estimated time of delivery.
Delivery Area
Melbourne metropolitan area. Please check your postcode to see if we deliver to your area. Deliveries outside this area (within Victoria) can be arranged,
please leave your expression of interest, we will call you back to arrange a delivery day.
Delivery Days
Fresh products are delivered on Tuesday, frozen products can be delivered Tuesday or Thursday. Watch this space for additional fresh product delivery days!
We will contact you via email to confirm the delivery day.
Delivery Address
Your order will need to be signed for, as the baby food needs to go straight into the fridge or freezer.
So if you can’t be home you could give us the address of a trusted neighbour or relative. Or we can deliver to your workplace,
if you have access to a fridge or freezer, then all you need to do is keep it in a cooler bag with an ice pack for the trip home.
Delivery Cost
Cost of delivery to Melbourne Metropolitan areas, is $9.95. For country areas, please express your interest, and we will call you back to arrange a delivery day,
and let you know the delivery costs to your area. Free delivery for orders over $150.
Payment
We accept payment via the secure website PayPal. You may use your credit card to make a purchase or if you are a PayPal member you may direct debit.
You will be directed to the secure PayPal website to make your payment. None of your financial information once you reach this page will be accessible by Fresh Start Baby Food.
Pick Up
If you would like to pick up your baby food, please call us on (03) 9877 4555 to arrange a time.
If none of the above suits you, feel free to call us, we would like to try and arrange something that does.
We’ve got to have some conditions!
We try to be fair and will attempt to call you if you are not home to arrange an alternative, if possible.
Baby food that is unable to be delivered will be returned to Fresh Start Baby Food. Please be aware that if an alternative delivery time or day is arranged,
further delivery charges may apply.
