we can be sure that the fresh food has not travelled far to get to our kitchen, so it is really fresh.
Eating locally sourced products also reduces our carbon footprint,
by avoiding the greenhouse gas emissions that are produced when food has to be transported long distances.
We also get to support our local farmers, which is really fantastic.
As well as sourcing our fresh products from local farmers, we thought the rest of the ingredients deserved the same attention.
