A bit about our process
All our fresh fruit and veg are selected by hand every weekend, then washed, peeled, cored and chopped by hand. We buy the beef,
lamb and chicken fresh from local farmers each weekend. We use only lean, quality cuts of meat, and chicken breast fillets.
We mince or finely chop the beef, lamb and chicken ourselves (after being particular about chopping off any fat).
The food is cooked in small batches, just like you would at home, and then packaged by hand.
Our baby food is then cooled very quickly in a blast chiller... this is a fancy fridge that circulates air a bit like a fan-forced oven,
so that the temperature of the food falls to a safe temperature within no time, this way we don’t give bacteria the slightest chance to grow.
